Payment

Please pay on the day of the visit by cash, card or cheque made payable to 'Norfolk County Council'. Group organisers should pay for all individuals in the group and liaise with reception staff on arrival.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your booking, please give us 21 days' notice in writing. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Travel and parking

There is no parking on site. Coaches can drop off on Farmers Avenue or Castle Meadow. The museum is a couple of minutes' walk away. If members of your group have mobility needs, you can drive up in a car or minibus only and drop them off at the entrance. Find information on coach parking on the Norwich City Council website.

Refreshments

The Castle Café on site serves a range of delicious hot and cold meals, snacks and hot and cold drinks.
