Norwich Castle's medieval keep has reopened.
Our admission prices include entry to the spectacular transformed keep. Discover what you will experience. Your ticket will also give you access to the rest of our beautiful museum galleries and special exhibitions.

Booking
Buy your tickets on the door or book at least a day in advance online and save 10% on ticket prices. We recommend you book in advance at busy times.
We are unable to offer refunds. Please note, we are unable to take bookings over the phone.
Wheelchair access in the Keep
To keep everyone safe, we can accommodate up to five wheelchair users above ground floor level at any one time. This is due to the historic structure of the building and our current evacuation plans.
If someone in your party uses a wheelchair and is planning to visit the Keep, please let us know when booking so we can help your visit run smoothly. Contact Norwich Castle Museum and Art Gallery.
